We are currently seeking dynamic business development and sales professionals to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ, The ideal candidates will have a strong background in business to business sales in the staffing, pharmaceutical and/or telecom industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively and aggressively manage an assigned market segment and/or territory to generate sales revenue and grow market share.
-Execute and manage Integrity's sales strategy with a high degree of initiative, acumen, and accountability
-Evaluate market segments to determine business prospects and develop and execute plans to secure them as customers.
-Meet/exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Manage the new business pipeline and increase market share through new customer identification and conversion.
-Represent Integrity Staffing at select at networking events and conferences as directed |

| -Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a Business-to-Business sales or business development role
-History of meeting/exceeding sales targets/quotas
- Thorough understanding of pipeline management, relationship development process, new client research/identification
-Exceptional communication skills
-Strong computer skills
-Demonstrated ability to thrive in, and maximize opportunities of, a small team environment
-Demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and deadlines |
