Todd and his team were instrumental in transitioning Conectiv from more than 45 vendors to four vendors. His leadership was material in establishing the on-site capabilities that have led to over 600 plus temps hired in record time and in increasingly better quality.

I am writing to commend the wonderful services Diane Wolintos and her team at Integrity Staffing. Diane and her team have been a blessing to Nemours as an organization, providing staffing needs quickly and with the best quality candidates.
Historically, our organization has not been one used to utilizing "temp agencies," due to high costs, and low performers. Over the last calendar year, Diane has provided DuPont Hospital for Children about 15 quality candidates. Many of these candidates worked out so well, that they were hired on as Nemours employees.
In addition, the timely but thorough services are a huge benefit from working with Diane. Specifically, one of our departments was having numerous staffing issues throughout the year, and needed replacements fast. Through Integrity, candidates are placed within days, sometimes even hours of contacting the office. This in itself is rather difficult, due to the fact that our facility requires a stringent background screening process. Diane has candidates ready to go so quickly, that we suffer no downtime, or staffing shortages. I have great confidence that they are able to provide the services I need, when requested.
Furthermore, when I call the office, I always get a prompt response. No matter whom I deal with, Diane and her team treat me like I am their only priority. I know that they are probably just as busy as I am, but they never show it.
This letter can only do a small bit of justice in thanking your team. The quality candidates and services are unmatched by any other agency. I am glad that Integrity Staffing is here for Nemours, and they will continue to be our "go to" team!
