I initially applied to work in a fulfillment center, but the hiring manager saw that I could contribute to Integrity in a different way. I came on as a seasonal part-time recruiter and within one week, moved to help the project manager work the compliance department. Working seasonally worked for my life until 2012 when I was offered the chance to work at the corporate office. Today, I’m more confident; I’m learning to trust my own judgment and my own ability more. I’ve gone from being a seasonal recruiter to managing a call center of a very successful company in just a few years.
