What does “direct hire” mean?
In this type of recruitment, Integrity functions as a traditional employment agency, connecting you with the company who will ultimately be your employer — in other words, you will be directly hired by them.
This is different from the associates (usually temporary workers) we employ ourselves, and then place with our clients on an as-needed basis.
Integrity provides recruitment services at varying levels to our direct hire clients. That means, you may be interacting with our people at one or more stages in the hiring process, whether it’s just the initial resume submission and testing or all the way through to job offer and onboarding.
You will, of course, meet with your prospective employer’s HR team for at least one interview, so that you can get to know each other and judge whether it will be a good fit between you and the employer’s corporate culture.
