What prevention methods are being used in Integrity Opportunity Centers?

We've implemented the following processes to help prevent exposure to COVID-19:

OFFICES

Social Distancing

We have set up our offices to practice social distancing at all times including waiting areas and interview areas. We've limited the number of people allowed in the office at once, and each office has a Social Distancing Captain to ensure we're complying with CDC social distancing recommendations.

Cleaning

Each office has a full-time, dedicated cleaning person. After each applicant group, we clean and disinfect all surfaces and areas.

INTERVIEWS

We are rescheduling interviews for anyone that is currently sick or that has traveled out of the country in the past 14 days. We've implemented new processes to reduce the instances where your paperwork and ID are handled.

Will my assignment be protected if I need to quarantine?

We work closely with clients to preserve your assignment during a quarantine. We will advocate for you and we need your help to do it. The best thing you can do during this time is keep our COVID19 team updated about your situation and email documentation related to your testing and/or quarantine to covid19@integritystaffing.com.

What is Amazon doing to provide a safe environment for employees at this time?

Health and safety are a top priority with all Amazon roles and sites. Both Integrity and Amazon continue to consult with medical and health experts and take all recommended precautions in the warehouses to keep people healthy. Both companies have taken measures to promote social distancing in the workplace and taken on enhanced and frequent cleaning, to name just a few.

Is it okay to travel?

f you are leaving the country, you will need to quarantine for 2 weeks upon return. Travel advisories within the US are always changing so we recommend checking the CDC travel guidance at this link to avoid areas where COVID19 cases are increasing. If you visit an area of increased COVID19 cases, you should also plan to quarantine for 2 weeks upon return. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/travel-during-covid19.html

What if my workplace isn’t following social distancing or cleaning guidelines?

We will work with our clients to make improvements in these areas. If you have concerns about this, please notify your local Integrity manager, the Integrity Answers line at (888) 458-8367 or contact our COVID19 team directly by emailing covid19@integritystaffing.com.

What can I do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

The steps you can take are fairly simple but very effective!

Practice Social Distancing – stay 3-6 feet away from anyone as the virus can spread through close contact (especially if someone is coughing or sneezing)

If you are coughing or sneezing – cough into a tissue or into your bent elbow (NOTE: if you are using tissues, dispose of them immediately after coughing and sneezing and wash your hands afterward)

Hand washing – Hand washing is the most effective method to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and should be done multiple times a day and any time before you touch your face. (you may also use hand sanitizer if you cannot get to a sink to wash your hands)

Is there a way to wash my hands properly to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

YES!  The proper way to wash your hands is very simple to do:

 - Wet your hands completely

 - Use soap and lather your hands away from the water

 - Scrub your hands together away from the water for a minimum of 20    seconds making sure you get the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and your nails

- Rinse thoroughly under the water

- Dry your hands with a paper towel until completely dry

I tested positive for COVID19, now what?

The most important thing right now is your safety and the safety of others. You should remain in quarantine, follow the directions of your doctor and focus on getting better. As soon as you are able to, please notify our COVID19 team of your positive test results by emailing covid19@integritystaffing.com. We will ask you contact tracing questions to help identify other employees that may have been exposed. While protecting your privacy, we will notify our client and any employees that could have been exposed so they can take necessary steps. Your name will not be given to other employees. To return to work after testing positive, we just need a doctor’s note clearing you to return, or a more recent negative test result.

Will I be paid by Integrity while I quarantine? I thought employers were required to provide 2 weeks of paid leave.

Integrity Staffing Solutions is unable to compensate people during quarantines. Instead, we recommend that people file for unemployment to assist with miss work due to COVID19 quarantines. If you need to quarantine, we will send you information which should help with the unemployment process.

The FFCRA does not cover Integrity Staffing as we have more than 500 employees. For more information on this, please see https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/pandemic/ffcra-employer-paid-leave.

Are facemasks or face coverings required?

During this unprecedented crisis, the safety of every Integrity associate and Staff member is our number one priority. We are especially concerned for those of you who must remain on the front lines.

We are therefore instituting these new requirements, starting immediately:

ONSITE - Integrity Staff Members at client locations must wear a face covering if it is required by the client. If it is not required per the client, it is highly recommended.

ASSOCIATES - We recommend all Integrity Associates wear a face covering of some kind covering their nose and mouth from arrival at the work location through the departure of their shift or office hours. If the client requires wearing a face covering, it is required to be worn.

OPPORTUNITY CENTER - Staff members are required to wear face-covering (one provided by Integrity or homemade)

- FREE masks will be available daily to all Integrity employees, including Placement Specialists and Coordinators, at the FCs and OCs.

- If you prefer to make and use your own face mask please be sure the mask complies with the following criteria:

- Fabric masks should be secured with an ear loop to be placed behind the ears and cover the nose and extend below the chin.

- Fabric used for facemasks should meet the following specifications: latex-free, hypoallergenic, fiberglass-free, fluid-resistant, and three-ply construction.

- Additionally, those with respiratory or heart concerns should confirm with their healthcare provider what the best guidance is for facemask use and let HR know if some adjustment is needed.

During breaks, in designated break areas, the covering can be removed as long the social distancing rules are being strictly followed while in these areas.

Because we are committed to your health and safety, any staff member who refuses to comply with this face mask policy will be sent home and will be subject to disciplinary action up to termination. While this may sound harsh, the safety off all associates and staff members is paramount.

Thank you for your commitment to keeping yourself, everyone on our team, as well as the people each of you encounters, healthy and safe. Download our Facemask FAQs below.

What happens while I’m quarantined?
You will be expected to call out for any missed shifts utilizing the normal callout methods. You will also communicate directly with our COVID19 team at covid19@integritystaffing.com. Once you provide our COVID19 team with documentation about your testing or quarantine, we will update our system to indicate that you are quarantined and you won’t have to call out for the remainder of your quarantine.
I heard somebody tested positive for COVID19 at my workplace, was I exposed?

When we are made aware that an employee tested positive for COVID19, contact tracing will be performed to identify anyone that was exposed. We will notify anyone who was exposed and have them start the quarantine process. If you have not been contacted, you were most likely not exposed. We aren’t able to share the name of a person who tests positive because we must protect everyone’s privacy.

How does Integrity handle Associate COVID19 quarantines?

Integrity Staffing has a COVID19 team that will communicate directly with our associates. We ask all associates and staff members to notify us if they are having symptoms, have been exposed to somebody suspected to have COVID19, are being tested for COVID19 or who otherwise need to quarantine. We will review documentation and ultimately clear them to return to work using CDC guidelines and only after confirming they’ve been symptom free for 72 hours without the use of medication. Your attendance policy will apply until they provide documentation about their testing or quarantine. Once that is provided, we protect their assignment until they are cleared to return to work. Associates are also expected to maintain contact with us during their quarantine. If their quarantine is scheduled to end, but we are unable to reach them, their assignment will be completed.

Will I be notified if Integrity learns of an associate testing positive for COVID19?

Integrity Staffing will notify you of any associate or staff member at your working location that has tested positive. We will also share documentation about this once we receive it. Integrity will complete contact tracing and will inform you of any employees that may have been exposed. You may also speak with an Integrity associate that tested positive to conduct your own contact tracing as long as a salaried Integrity Staffing Manager joins the phone call.
