If your paycheck correction is for less than 10 hours, it will appear on your next weekly paycheck. You can identify this correction by finding the previous week ending date under earnings on the left side of the check along with the hours adjustment removing the old hours and paying you for the proper hours. If your paycheck correction is for more than 10 hours, you will receive a separate paycheck on the following Friday.
1. Can I download the app on any device?
You can download the Integrity Connect app from Apple’s app store and Google Play.
2. How much will I earn for each referral?
Each hired referee that meets the set requirements of employment will equal a $100 referral reward.
3. Is there a limit to the amount that can be earned?
There is no limit to the amount that can be earned. You will be able to include your individual referral code to your social media accounts for added visibility or send links to specific job opportunities. However, only those that use your code, when applying will result in earning a referral reward.
4. Who do I contact if I have an issue?
If there are any issues with downloading or maneuvering the app should call: 770-691-5853.
5. How will payment be delivered?
Integrity Connect users that work for Integrity Staffing Solutions will have their earnings deposited into their checks. Anyone using the app that does not work for Integrity will be paid via check. Direct deposit may be an option in the near future.
6. Who can I refer?
Anyone that meets the job requirements can be referred. Individuals referred for the same job by multiple people will receive a referral reward based on whichever link was selected first. Referral rewards will still be based on completion of 40 work hours.
7. Who is the main contact person?
(IntegrityConnect@integritystaffing.com) will be the main contact for any issues with the app that have not resolved after calling the help line.
8. Is there a way to track referrals?
Once someone has been referred, there will be an option in the app to track referrals and whether they have applied or started working. You will also be able to send referrals a message to encourage them to apply. Additionally, you will receive confirmation of referrals that will result in referral rewards.
9. Will any tax forms need to be completed?
Yes, after the referee works 40 hours, an email requesting completion of a W-9 will be sent. Once this has been done, future referrals will not require this to receive future payments.
10. What if the referee forgets to use the referral code or link sent to them?
Only referees that use the referral code provided to them or apply directly from the referral will result in a referral reward. Nothing will be earned if the referee forgets to use the referral code or does not use the link sent to them.
