Area Director

As the Regional Leader, I’m responsible for the overall direction of the Western region of the U.S. A typical day is connecting with my branch leaders, recruiting operations managers, and the sales team to ensure they have what they need to achieve the daily and weekly goals. In addition, I review branch and overall regional progress in supporting our client’s needs, connect with clients and see how our team can help them. I’m always looking for ways to add value to my team, clients, and associates. I enjoy developing team members and challenging them to achieve more daily. When our team is winning, so are our clients and associates!

Let’s talk about your role:

Q: What is the most rewarding facet of dealing directly with your colleagues in the Retail Division?

A: I love learning from an amazingly talented team. All their years of knowledge and experience support me and improve my leadership skills daily!


Q: What is Integrity’s driving force behind your team?

A: We passionately change lives by creating success stories for our associates, clients, and ourselves.


Q: What have been your most significant accomplishments on our team?

A: I’m proud to have developed branch leaders and created processes and systems that lead the business towards success. The result is the growth of our client base and the number of associates working on successful assignments with our clients. In addition, we are leveling up our branches, teams, and brand within our communities. 


Q: Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

A: Todd and Sean, our founders, inspire me as they have worked to build a fantastic company that has helped so many associates and teammates. Christine Proffitt, our VP of Sales, inspires me as she built the retail division and continues to be a significant support to our entire division and me.


Q: What’s the most unique part about working here?

A: The passion for serving, from executive leadership to our newest employee. The culture of servant leadership throughout the entire organization.

Q: What has your experience been with our company culture?

A: Our culture is one of our company’s differentiators. The culture looks to support at every level and build up.


Q: What is your favorite Integrity Core Value, and why?

A: “Running with Thoroughbreds.” I love how this identifies when teammates are rising above and beyond to achieve more for the branch, company, associates, and clients. It rewards and recognizes when our teammates are leaders of themselves and others.


Q: What parts of our mission/vision do you connect with?

A: What has continued to inspire me to work in the industry is knowing my efforts help our associates and clients win. Therefore, I connect with our Vision: Our clients succeed when our associates succeed. Our efforts at Integrity create a “winning” situation for all involved. When we find a job for an associate, the associate wins by earning income to support themselves and their families, the client wins by filling a position to produce or deliver products or services to the communities, and Integrity wins by gaining more opportunities. 


Q: Which attributes do you feel set Integrity apart from other staffing agencies?

A: Our associate-first mindset allows us to support our associates in ways no other agency provides. We look to help our associates succeed. When our associates succeed, we attract more associates and clients. We have built a technology stack of tools that allow us to connect with candidates/associates how they want to connect, increasing the number of associates we can help.

Personal Journey

Q: Before working at Integrity Staffing, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

A: I owned a math tutoring business with my wife. My wife was the teacher, and I ran all the operations, marketing, and finances. It was fun, stressful, and gratifying!


Q: How did you first learn about Integrity Staffing?

A: I learned about Integrity through Adam Hebenstreich, the Branch Manager of Phoenix. Adam and I worked together at a previous company. I was looking for a new opportunity, I reached out to him, and he told me about Integrity.


Q: How do you balance your career at Integrity Staffing and your family?

A: This is something I have worked hard on for several years. I start my mornings early (4:30 a.m.!) with a routine of exercise, meditation, journaling, and reading, then attack my workday at 7 a.m. I prioritize my tasks and needs every day before the day starts. Part of my leadership focus is to develop and encourage our branch leaders to be empowered to lead and make decisions for their branches. I work diligently and throughout the day to not bring work home and leave the office by 5 p.m. daily.


Q: How has Integrity helped you in your career development and how have you grown professionally while on our team?

A: I’ve learned and developed how to build an onsite delivery team for clients. Integrity has impressive tools and systems to support our clients’ labor needs, and I love using them and providing them to our clients for their growth.


Q: What advice do you have for prospective Integrity candidates?

A: It’s a great time to join Integrity right now. We’re in a growth and build phase, so there are amazing opportunities for growth for those looking to grow professionally and financially, willing to work hard and develop new skills. I like our people and our vision: our clients succeed when our associates succeed. Therefore, I believe our primary role as a staffing provider is to help associates and clients grow. We share this focus throughout the organization, from our Leadership Team to our Onsite Staff.
