Let’s talk about your role:

Q: What is the most rewarding facet of dealing directly with clients?

A: My team includes department leaders and subject matter experts in IT, HR, Training and Development, Compliance, Business Development and Special Projects. Working with this team generates ideas and creativity. Being able to learn from them and collectively create organizational best practices is so rewarding.

Q: What is Integrity’s driving force behind our Center of Excellence?

A: People. Our internal staff, our candidates and associates, and our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Every process, system, tool, and support must always create a great experience for everyone.

Q: What have been your most significant accomplishments on our team?

A: Being able to give time back to our recruiters by eliminating daily administrative tasks so they can focus more on our associates and customers is always a huge win. I Integrated and implemented an electronic timekeeping system, onboarding application, and employee portal within our ATS, launched an associate care initiative to drive retention and redeployment, and spearheaded an app-based on demand flexible shift scheduler and offer tool.

Q: Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

A: My biggest inspirations are our recruiters. They are the most influential within our company. Without them, I am not successful. Learning and working with them to understand their operational reality inspires me to identify operational success, process gaps, areas of improvement, and efficiency gains.

Q: What’s the most unique part about working here?

A: Recognition for staff members, clients and associates is a requirement in our work. It’s awesome!  The Cube, our employee recognition platform, is used to acknowledge individuals or teams who are exhibiting Integrity Staffing’s Core Values. Making consistent recognition an expectation should be a best practice within every organization.

Company Culture and Core Values:

Q: What has your experience been with our company culture?

A: Integrity’s culture is innovative, inclusive, diverse and growth-focused. I am encouraged to come up with new ideas, take risks, and focus on continuous improvement. I get to work alongside people from different backgrounds. I feel valued and lucky to be a part of an amazing team.

Q: What is your favorite Integrity Core Value, and why?

A: “Advocating for our Associates’ Success.” When our associates succeed, our clients succeed. I have worked in the staffing industry for over 25 years and the one constant is the importance of focusing on the candidate and associate experience.

Q: What parts of our mission/vision do you connect with?

A: My role demonstrates how Integrity follows their mission statement in generating opportunities for people to exceed their own expectations.  – I am in a role that challenges me to do just that.

Q: Which attributes do you feel set Integrity apart from other staffing agencies?

A: We are a LGBTBE certified diverse staffing service, have been awarded Best of Staffing 5 years in a row and awarded the Safety Standard of Excellence. Our associate benefits include Next Step U (online career training), Pay Active (early access to unpaid wages), and Project Home (providing pathways for homeless associates).

“Our internal staff, our candidates and associates, and our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Every process, system, tool, and support must always create a great experience for everyone.”

Personal Journey

Q: Before working at Integrity Staffing, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

A: In 1997 when my former employer’s workers went on strike, I was working as an onsite manager in Secaucus, NJ, hiring non-union temporary laborers. On the union’s first payday while picketing, I was asked to sit outside and hand them their paychecks. I remember lots of emotions that day.

Q: How did you first learn about Integrity Staffing?

A: Integrity Staffing was looking to hire a recruiting operations manager for their retail division. They partnered with an executive search firm that reached out to me about the opportunity and set me up with an interview. It was a great fit.

Q: How do you balance your career at Integrity Staffing and your family?

A: Balancing work and family has always been a challenge for me. It takes a conscientious effort to achieve. My husband and I both work full-time and have 4 active boys. I have learned that it is okay to ask for help, establish a strong support system and not beat myself up.

My strong suits are time management and holding myself accountable. These traits help me balance and “be in the moment” wherever I am. Owning and managing my time helps me stay on track with work calls, deadlines, and family events. I am still a work in progress.

Q: How has Integrity helped you in your career development and how have you grown professionally while on our team?

A: Prior to Integrity, I managed company best practices and processes.  Now I get to help create best practices and processes. Integrity has helped me grow professionally by challenging me to learn new sides of the industry.

Q: What advice do you have for prospective Integrity candidates?

A: Be honest and realistic.  Be confident in your achievements and what you want and can do. It is important that Integrity’s culture is the right fit for you.

What do you like most about Integrity?

I get the opportunity to work with a team of amazing people at all levels throughout the organization every day. I am challenged. I am supported. And most importantly, I feel valued. All while having fun!
