Let’s talk about your role:

Q: What is the most rewarding facet of dealing directly with clients?

A: I love being the solution to problems. We fulfill our clients’ needs at a high level. I love client feedback that speaks to what a great experience they had, especially compared to other agencies! I enjoy working with new people, and this role allows me to meet folks across the country.

Q: What is Integrity’s driving force behind our Safety Program?

A: We ensure our associates leave work as they arrived. Historically temporary associates are given less training and placed in more dangerous positions. We refuse to allow that, ensuring that our clients provide a safe environment, the same training their employees receive, and the tools needed to be safe and successful. We decline business with clients that don’t prioritize safety. Our associates are our responsibility, and we get them home safely every day.

Q: What have been your most significant accomplishments on our team?

A: I’ve had many opportunities to shine, being entrusted with projects that I did not feel I was qualified to lead. They saw something in me and encouraged me to step into bigger boots.

I was so proud to lead the Integrity Remote Assistance Program (IRAP) as it grew, integrating Employee Relations assistance, growing to a team of eight, and launching kiosks nationwide. I led the revamp of our Temporary Staff Handbook alongside many HR team members who were critical to the project’s success.

I created a Safety training video covering critical topics our associates need to know prior to starting an assignment. I loved getting to write, direct, edit, and star in the video that is now seen by every associate – it has almost 13,000 views on YouTube!

Q: Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

A: The staff members that were once temporary associates. We have countless stories of high-level staff members that came to us looking for a temporary warehouse job. They came in, did a great job and were rewarded for their efforts. I am inspired by stories of people that made their dreams come true. Hard work does not go unnoticed.

Q: What’s the most unique part about working here?

A: I came to Integrity from a Fortune 500 company. We are a large company with a small company feel. Our CEO and Sr. Leadership Team takes a personal interest in every staff member. They are accessible and willing to help, holding town halls to provide updates on the business, have an open forum for staff questions, and never shy away from a tough question. I am impressed by their transparency. We have the flexibility to make changes and adapt. I have seen a suggestion turn into a policy change in a matter of days.

Company Culture and Core Values:

Q: What has your experience been with our company culture?

A: Integrity lives by our core values. We push our values to the forefront of how we do business and ensure our employees live our values. I love our internal social media platform designed to recognize those that exemplify our values.

Q: What is your favorite Integrity Core Value, and why?

A: “Advocate for our Associates’ Success”. There is nothing more rewarding than helping our associates succeed so that their time with us is rewarding. I’ve been a part of Project Home, our program for identifying, eliminating, and preventing homelessness, helping our associates get through some very tough times and get them back on their feet. It is a blessing to be part of an organization that advocates for our associates.

Q: What parts of our mission/vision do you connect with?

A: We generate opportunities for people to exceed their own expectations. I am an Integrity success story, coming to Integrity with little experience or education. Integrity entrusted me with more responsibility and encouraged me to step into bigger roles beyond what I thought I could do.

Q: Which attributes do you feel set Integrity apart from other staffing agencies?

A: Our level of care for our associates.  We advocate for their success at every turn. We provide temporary folks with the same benefits as many regular positions, including medical and dental, free online continuing education, early access to pay, and an Employee Assistance Program.

“I am an Integrity success story, coming to Integrity with little experience or education. Integrity entrusted me with more responsibility and encouraged me to step into bigger roles beyond what I thought I could do.”

Personal Journey

Q: Before working at Integrity Staffing, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

A: When I was 16, I had a summer job as a custodian at a homeless shelter. I met so many amazing people and learned a lot of critical life lessons. It had a big impact on me!

Q: How did you first learn about Integrity Staffing?

A: In 2013 my wife and I were expecting our first child and I was looking for a dayshift management position with great benefits. I came across an Integrity Safety Manager position and was impressed and the rest is history!

Q: How do you balance your career at Integrity Staffing and your family?

A: I love Integrity but my family is most important! I like to leave work at the office and give my family my full attention. I get myself in a position to leave at the end of the day and set up my team to be self-sufficient. I have been blessed over the last 2 years to be able to work from home, which has improved my work-life balance exponentially. I’m thankful for that opportunity.

Q: How has Integrity helped you in your career development and how have you grown professionally while on our team?

A: Integrity pushed me to exceed my own expectations, teaching me not only how to be a manager, but a manager of managers. I have grown and am now the primary Safety Representative for our company. Integrity allowed me to step into an Employee Relations role and improved my communication and customer service skills. Integrity has developed me in every area, and I credit my amazing leaders with helping me every step of the way!

Q: What advice do you have for prospective Integrity candidates?

A: You may lack self-confidence or feel underqualified. Integrity may ask you to do something outside your comfort zone. Don’t be afraid, you can do it! “Embrace the challenge, push back your fear, and discover your true abilities!”

What do you like most about Integrity?

I LOVE that we are different. Leave whatever preconceived notions you have about staffing agencies at the door. Our true focus is our associates. We do everything in our power to ensure that our associates have a great experience and that they are successful. This is what I love about Integrity and what makes me so proud to be a part of this organization!
